Inserio is an insurance service in Poland created by people with practical experience in insurance consulting, brokerage support, claims assistance and working with clients who need to arrange insurance in another country.

Inserio co-founder Pavel Malinovski performs insurance agency activities in Poland as an OFWCA registered in the KNF / RPU register.

We have worked with hundreds of corporate clients and thousands of private clients, with practical experience in transport, medical, personal and corporate insurance. Our background covers different business sectors, from wholesale trade, energy and manufacturing to IT, healthcare, services and small business.

Our mission in today’s fast-changing environment is to help clients in Poland choose insurance protection against the most likely risks in private life and business, on clear and reasonable terms.

We explain insurance terms in plain language: what the policy covers, what is excluded and what is worth checking before signing.

Transparent cooperation

Inserio’s work is free for clients. We receive commission from the insurer after the policy is issued. If a request goes beyond standard selection and arrangement of insurance, we explain the possible cooperation format in advance or recommend specialist experts.

Respect for the client’s time

We try to understand the need quickly, avoid unnecessary detail and give clear next steps. We also improve our own processes so that the path from question to decision is easier for the client.
