2. Insurance Intermediary Status

The inserio.pl service is a platform operated by Inserio Sp. z o.o. Insurance agency activities are performed by natural persons (OFWCA — natural persons performing agency activities) registered with the Register of Insurance Intermediaries of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), acting on behalf of insurance agents cooperating with Inserio Sp. z o.o., in particular Pavel Malinovski (OFWCA no. 11781383/P). Pursuant to art. 22 of the Insurance Distribution Act (Journal of Laws 2026 item 12), each OFWCA introduces themselves and provides their KNF register number at the first contact with the client.

3. Scope of Activity

Inserio Sp. z o.o. acts on behalf of multiple insurance companies (multi-agent) in the area of life insurance (Division I) and non-life insurance (Division II).

The list of insurance companies is published on this page and may be updated when cooperation with agents or insurers changes.

4. Remuneration

Remuneration for agency activities is commission-based. Commission is paid by insurance companies through the insurance agent. The client bears no additional costs for intermediary services.

5. Professional Liability Insurance

CUK Ubezpieczenia Sp. z o.o., as an insurance agent, holds mandatory professional liability insurance for agency activities in accordance with Article 20(2) of the Insurance Distribution Act.

Complaints will be processed within 30 days of receipt. In particularly complex cases, this period may be extended to 60 days, and the client will be informed accordingly.

The client may seek assistance from the Financial Ombudsman (Rzecznik Finansowy, rf.gov.pl) or refer the matter to the Arbitration Court at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The controller of client personal data is Inserio Sp. z o.o., Warsaw (Al. Jerozolimskie 109/70, 02-011 Warsaw), NIP: 7011282419.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of performing agency activities, including preparing insurance offers, concluding and servicing insurance contracts, based on Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR.

Recipients of personal data may include: the insurance agent with whom Inserio cooperates, insurance companies, accounting and payroll service providers, IT service providers, and other entities authorised under applicable law.

Personal data is retained for the duration of the insurance contract and for the period required by applicable law (including tax and accounting regulations), but no longer than 10 years after the contract ends.

You have the right to access your data, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for preparing an insurance offer and concluding an insurance contract.
